All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.

Delivery typically takes 12-14 business days (Monday – Saturday).

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we can’t control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. To return a product, please follow the return procedure after receiving your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. ReposePoint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, we will confirm the delivery information for you to investigate. Double-check your address before completing your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If tracking indicates delivery but you can’t locate the package, check your property, neighbors, or mailbox. If it still hasn’t appeared after 1-2 business days, contact your local courier to file a claim. Once they respond, forward the reply to support@reposepoint.com for further assistance.
